No deer required at the Wilderness Festival, Cornbury Park 2018

The three large herds of Sika, Fallow and Roe Deer roaming the Cornbury Park Estate in West Oxfordshire are not attending the annual Wilderness Festival held at the same venue thanks to over 1 mile of Heras Deer fencing and a Solar powered gate!

Solar Gate Systems hired their mobile Fletcher solar panel trolley system with JANUS Brushless motor to Cornbury Park Estate for the build-up, Festival and knock- down to allow vehicular access through the deer fencing.

“We’re delighted with how well the system works” said David Huspith, the Estate
Manager “and are now looking at using Solar Gate Systems to automate a number of gates throughout the Estate”.
